Writing is a process. When you sit down to write, whether it is a story, a poem, an assignment for school, or in response to a question, there are several steps you go through to reach a final product. These steps can be learned and once learned, you can adapt them to suite your own personal style. Included are worksheets from class as well as resources and activities that can help you become better writers.

NEW !
by Admin User - Saturday, 13 September 2008, 04:11 AM
We now have access to FCAT Explorer and COMPASS ODYSSEY!

I have begun adding lessons and pratice as well as quizzes to COMPASS. Your progress in COMPASS will count a part of your grade so please be sure to use the available resources, practices, and other areas. By using these programs you will increase your skills and understanding of required math and reading, as well as science and social studies. You will also be preparing yourself for Passing the FCAT tests. Remember, we have an FCAT Re-Take the first week i October, so let's get busy.

I am still finding some of you have not obtained access to this site. Please see me so we can figure out what we need to do to get you in. It will be very difficult to catch up if you continue to fall behind.

Due to the fact that many of you have not gained access to the site, I will be counting the War of the Worlds Unit quiz and vocabulary work as extra credit.
